The service request form asks for your first name, callback number, town or ZIP code, service needed and a short description. Last name and email are optional. Submitted details go to Southern Flow through its connected CRM platform so Southern Flow can respond to your service request. Submitting asks Southern Flow to call the number you provide; it does not book an appointment or authorize work. Please avoid confidential information. Hosting and analytics practices must be reviewed before publication.
